Susan Luongo

Susan Luongo became certified in ACT! in 2001. Since then, she has maintained certifications for ACT! versions 2000 through 2009. She is an ACT! Certified Consultant, ACT! Premier Trainer, ACT! for Web Certified Consultant, and Sage CRM Sales Certified Consultant.
In 2004, Susan co-founded Mastering ACT!, a train-the-trainer conference for ACT! Certified Consultants and members of the ACT! community. A majority of North American ACT! consultants attended this event, and more than 95% of them said that the conference was the best ACT!-related continuing education they had ever received.
Susan’s technical articles have appeared in a number of trade journals, including ACT! Extra and the ACT! Advanced eNews. Susan was a technical advisor for Managing Contacts with ACT! 2005, Managing Contacts with ACT! 2006, and the official training manuals for ACT! 2005 and 2006.
In September 2008, Susan was appointed to the Sage Software Business Partner Advisory Council (BPAC).
In February 2009 Susan was elected to the Board of Directors for the Boston Women’s Network where she serves as Membership Director for the organization.
