Ben is a dynamic, engaging and highly creative business leader who brings over twenty-five years of software and CRM experience to every new engagement. He holds the Certificate in Data Processing (CDP) issued by the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals.

Ben & his partner Betty left a mainframe systems & programming careers in 1976, forming B & B Consultants to provide custom software development to small to mid-size business in the Mid-Atlantic area. B & B Consulting was the first IBM Business Partner signed in Virginal and specialized in Public Accounting and Justice Administration software while continuing to provide custom software applications to the mid-range computer market.

Sensing a new way to provide robust, highly customized applications to their customers, Ben became one of the first TeleMagic dealers in 1988 and was in the Top 10 National Dealers when Sage Software acquired TeleMagic. Ben also served on their Dealer Advisory Board, the TeleMagic Development Council and on the first TeleMagic Business Advisory Council after the acquisition by Sage Software.

Along the way, Ben has been trained and worked with market leaders such as KnowledgeSync, Microsoft CRM, Great Plains Dynamics and Siebel Front Office software and many other add-on or complementary software products, including KnowledgeSync, QuoteWerks and SwiftPage E-mail Marketing.

Ben became SalesLogix and ACT! certified upon the the purchase of Interact Commerce by Sage and remains a Sage Select Partner and ACT! Certified Consultant. He is currently ACT! certified in both LAN and Web products as well as ACT! for Financial Professionals. Ben is also a Platinum Level ACT! Reseller.

Ben is a member of the National Speakers Association of Virginia and speaks frequently on topics including Sales & Marketing, Business Technology, Cloud Computing and Social CRM.
