I graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in 1999 with dual degrees in Accounting and Computer Science. I started working for Stewart Technologies in the summer of 1998 as an intern. Upon graduating from college, I accepted a full time position with Stewart Technologies and in 2004, became a partner.
Although I am a Certified Public Accountant, I do not perform any traditional accounting fuctions. My passion has always been software so I started my career working with the Mas90/200 accounting package. In 2002/2003, I started working with ACT!. Initially I was using ACT! to manage our prospect and client base but as time went on, I grew to love the product so much that I started consulting on it. In 2004, I received my ACT! certification and went on to become a premier trainer. I've also expanded on my accounting knowledge over the years to include Peachtree and I'm currently working for my certification in Mas Extended Enterprise Solution.
Besides my career, I love to run, hike, travel, play field hockey as well as coach younger kids in field hockey. I also do work for two-non-profits, the National Field Hockey League which I co-founded in 1997 and the Junior League of Annapolis.
