Dear all,
Will ACT! 2010 be capable of importing, displaying and and editing external and distributed .ics-calendar files.
That would indeed be helpful.
Best regards,
M. Menke
iCalendar is a computer file format which allows internet users to send meeting requests and tasks to other internet users, via email, or sharing files with an extension of .ics.
When ACT! 2010 is used in conjunction with Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007, it supports iCalendar file format. During the configuration of the email setup under ACT! 2010 preferences section, incoming meetings in Outlook will automatically create and display items in the ACT! Calendar. When scheduling in ACT!, you can click a button to send the activities to recipients via Outlook.
I hope this helps.
