While this certainly presents users with more options, it can also make the decision process a whole lot harder. With hundreds of thousands of software and applications out in the market right now, it can be rather difficult to come up with an idea that is completely original.
Fortunately, there are only hundreds of CRM application out there and a dozen or so own the market. I prefer to use proven software from profitable industry leaders. That’s one of the selection criteria I user. Most CRM programs do essentially the same thing, but each tends to offer some unique features or value proposition that makes them stand out from the rest.
