Using ACT! to Manage the Life of a Salesman. Part 1 of 5

Subtitle: “Getting your ACT! together.”

Part 1 – the problem:  In our cluttered, busy, over stimulated work lives we are bombarded with information and often don’t know which task to take on next.  I use ACT!, but any contact management software worth its salt should be able to help.  In order to stay organized I need to know the answers to for basic questions.

1.       What am I supposed do today
2.       What do I do when the phone rings?
3.       What opportunities am I working on
4.       What is everyone else on my team doing?

In the next few postings, I’ll let you know how I use ACT! to help me.   How do you use ACT! to help you do your job?
